Not a TV Show per se, the Panopticum Studio comedy productions probably had the most impact on my broadcast and corporate TV and film productions that I did later on. It was definitely a great school of creative writing, directing and performing for me at that time.

The foundation of this studio was a group of students of one of the engineering colleges in Moscow. I don't know how good our engineering studies were, but we certainly spent a lot of time writing and performing comedy sketches. Most of them were stand-up comedy routines and improvisations later used in the Funny Guys, KVN and other TV network shows.

In the late 1980's, the Panopticum Show had several national concert tours in Russia, Ukraine and Belorussia. These tours were featuring both our stand-up routines and segments from the TV shows we worked on.
